An off-site estate sale is done at our warehouse location.  Off-site estate sales are used to liquidate entire estates or large collections where an on-side estate sale is not possible. This sale works for the contents of your home or farm, vehicles, and other outside equipment. It also is a great option if you have a large collection you need liquidated. Moving the estate is required and extra fees and minimum commission apply.  Due to the added work, we will only move estates for an off-site sale if there is a legitimate reason not to have an on-site sale.
