  • What is an Estate Sale?

    An estate sale is a sale that takes place in the client’s residence. We take our time appraising, displaying, and pricing all the items in the sale. We like to display the items in a way that brings respect to them and their owners. These sales are generally held over a weekend.

    We operate all of our sales on a first come/first serve basis.

  • I’ve decided to have an estate sale. What do I need to do now?

    Identify what you are keeping and then give us a call to come meet with you. We can look at what you will be selling and help you make a plan of action.

  • How much will an estate sale cost me?

    We charge a commission on all proceeds from the sale. We pay all our labor, advertising, and supply costs out of that commission.  We do charge a minimum commission to guarantee that all those things can be paid. The only additional charges that may apply are: moving fees, excessive trash removal, additional advertising, carpet film, and/or additional cleaning costs.
